Buick Enclave I had to take my Buick Enclave in for the battery light coming on. They could not find the issue right away. I had to bring it back the next day and w I had to take my Buick Enclave in for the battery light coming on. They could not find the issue right away. I had to bring it back the next day and with the message still showing they took it straight back and found the issue. The alternator. They ordered the part and were able to fix my car quickly as I travel for my job. More

Change fluids My appointment was art 8 AM on 10-11-16. I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted by a member of the service team. My SRX was taken in the minut My appointment was art 8 AM on 10-11-16. I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted by a member of the service team. My SRX was taken in the minute I finished signing the printed service/authorization to preform work form. My experience was excellent. I was notified as soon as the work on my SRX was completed. I was given a military discount which I really appreciated. My SRX was parked just outside the service entrance. Free coffee and popcorn in the waiting area. Clean bathroom. Very friendly, I always take my SRX to Rusty Wallace Cadillac for service. More

Top notch customer service I came in for my first visit after purchasing my car and the service as well as the purchasing experience were the best I've ever had! Alyssa called to remind me of my one month check up and talked to me while I was waiting on my car. She treated me like her top priority and made me feel welcome.
