Excellent customer service I bought a car from them on Nov 25 and after signing papers, noticed some chips in the paint. They assured me they would fix it and told me to bring i I bought a car from them on Nov 25 and after signing papers, noticed some chips in the paint. If I could give it one star I would This place is one of the worst dealerships I've ever come contact with not only did it take a week to get back to me regarding your vehicle I was sea This place is one of the worst dealerships I've ever come contact with not only did it take a week to get back to me regarding your vehicle I was searching for online but the individual that I was dealing with I believe her name was Trista was one of the most unprofessional people I have ever come in contact with being a customer service manager myself this is definitely not someone I would want to have representing my company my only positive experience that I can truly say and the only reason why I'm giving one star was Sierra Robinson and Katie if she didn't know the answer to a question she was quick to find out the answer for me and did her best to overcome If the problems that are clearly going on in that dealership although it took four hours for them to tell me that they couldn't do anything for me it's just overall not something I would want to put myself through again if you have hours to waste I recommend this if you expect common courtesy like any human would I don't recommend it More

Great Customer Service I went to several dealerships when I started my search for a car and felt judged and was not helped by a few of them at all. At Rusty Wallace Kia of M I went to several dealerships when I started my search for a car and felt judged and was not helped by a few of them at all. At Rusty Wallace Kia of Morristown this was not the case. I was immediately greeted by a sales associate and he was very friendly and courteous as we had our baby with us and forgot our stroller he offers to let us borrow his. All the other employees were very friendly and helpful as well. We had a very specific want and need for this car search and were on a tight budget. They worked with us for over 5 hours to get us what our family needed and within our budget. I and 100% satisfied with the beautiful Kia Sorrento we purchased and the dealerships service that was provided. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you are in need of something just tell them and they will do there very best to get you in what you want. More
