First scheduled maintenance for new Sorento Service department was very accommodating in setting up my appointment. Upon arrival, I was promptly assisted by the Bob Berry, he told me my approxim Service department was very accommodating in setting up my appointment. Upon arrival, I was promptly assisted by the Bob Berry, he told me my approximate wait time, and informed me where the waiting room and refreshments were located. Since this was the first scheduled maintence on my new Sorento, he explained what was involved and answered the questions I had. Checkout was simple, wait time was better than expected, and Bob even went to my car and explained several features that I did not understand. Overall, it was an excellent experience. More
