I trust everyone there and everyone is very friendly and I've been going to this facility for several years since I purchased my 07 Pontiac Solstice. I trust everyone there and everyone is very friendly and professional. On my last service I was some disappointed in that it took several hours to perform my maintenance due to machines not working and other complications as a result of the machines not working. Also, there are not many GMC techs so time is spread to each and every vehicle that needs service which takes time. Overall, I like this organization and will continue to do business with them. More

They provided this service a little over and hour of the request. They also checked for any open recalls that my Chevrolet truck had on it and performed the recall abatement at the same time. It started out as a very busy day and they helped to loosen up some time for me in addition to performing the oil change service. John Knippen More

The worst service experience for the 3rd & last time Today was the 3rd time I experienced the worst "service" imaginable from this dealership. FIVE hours to run a test that had nothing to do with the pro Today was the 3rd time I experienced the worst "service" imaginable from this dealership. FIVE hours to run a test that had nothing to do with the problem my $36,000 Kia is experiencing, nor the reason I brought it in, which I fully explained when I made the appointment ! That wasted about an hour & half. So they said they'd do a test drive for the real problem & let me know. TWO HOURS LATER I had to call THEM. I was told they believed (??) they made the test drive (so why wasn't I called ??? 2 hours & not sure ???...but they all leave for lunch, so your car is not the priority) They said they'd do another test drive to be sure. I declined. Another hour waiting for them. They even came out with the wrong key and then gave me the wrong paperwork. No wonder they can't diagnose their vehicles !! Nothing was done. I lost an entire day of work & drove 40 minutes each way to go to this derelict service dept. FOR NOTHING !! Another time I waited another 5 HOURS to get an oil change & a tire pressure dash light cleared !!! & when I got there for the car, they had "forgotten" to clear the dash light &I had to turn back around to get it handled. INEPT! The 3rd unbelievable experience was being pressured to buy a $70 air filter for the interior of the car. (I never even knew there was such a thing!) They even took it out & showed it to me. I have no air problems within my cab & told them to dust it off & put it back. The next day I was almost killed on the freeway when one of my tires separated !!! They failed to emphasize the condition of my tires but they showed me an air filter for inside of the car !!!???? Derelicts...inept...unbelievable. More

A service center that delivers excellence from the beginnng I came into Rusty Wallace with my 2014 Kia with a service engine light on and right away Anthony took control and I felt like i was talking to a frien I came into Rusty Wallace with my 2014 Kia with a service engine light on and right away Anthony took control and I felt like i was talking to a friend. He showed me to the waiting area and it wasn't long till he came back to let me know my car's status. To make a long story short, my car had to stay and before I could ask about arranging transportation he informed me a loaner car was on the way to keep me going (Wow Factor, Very Impressed)... I was informed before the service and after. Even a couple of days later I received a call from the dealership just checking to make sure the car was still performing like it should (Another Wow Factor). They take care of you like family, hassle free and worry free dealership. I strongly recommend Rusty Wallace of Morristown for your service needs, rest assure you won't be disappointed. More

After seeking service, without success, from a Hyundai Dealer in Knoxville, I brought my Hyundai Sonata to Rusty Wallace Kia to have my air conditione After seeking service, without success, from a Hyundai Dealer in Knoxville, I brought my Hyundai Sonata to Rusty Wallace Kia to have my air conditioner clutch and coil replaced. The Hyundai dealership in Knoxville seemed only concerned with making the most money possible, even if my Sonata only needed a couple of new parts, and not the compressor, condenser, etc. The service team at RWK, from my initial call for help, until the moment I paid and left the dealership smiling, were considerate, professional and helpful. This experience has renewed my faith in humanity; there are still some good people in the world. The morning of my repair appointment, I had a flat tire! I called Kim, the service scheduler, and she said "no problem" just get here safely, and we'll take care of your car. The technician even checked the lug nuts on my spare for me, to ensure that they didn't come loose on my drive home. I'm so thankful to know I have a dealership, where I can take my Hyundai Sonata for repairs, and feel I'm going to be treated with respect and genuine concern until my issue is resolved. Thank you to everyone at Rusty Wallace Kia for all you did to make my experience the best it can be. I will definitely recommend your dealership to my family and friends. More
