Mixed bag Matt's personality in customer service is all Rusty Wallace has going for them. You drive a Cadillac, you ask for a loan vehicle, but they never seem Matt's personality in customer service is all Rusty Wallace has going for them. You drive a Cadillac, you ask for a loan vehicle, but they never seem to have one available. It takes forever to get parts, or even booked for service. They never call to say when the vehicle is ready and it's never ready when promised. They forget to address some issues on service order. Cadillac XTS quality is a total disaster! More
