What I like about leaving my car with the service department is that I know it is in good hands. I can go have a cup of coffee, read a magazine and relax while the work is taken care of to my satisf department is that I know it is in good hands. We had bought a Kia Spectra from the dealership in 2009. In early February 2011, my roommate was in an accident and her Kia Spectra was totaled. Bill worked with us to get the price where we needed it to be with minimal negotiations. Given we were both still fresh from the accident, we appreciated the lack of hassle and haggle over price. We will definitely come back to this dealership based on this experience. More

I went to Rusty Wallace Morristown because I wanted to be able to see the GMC Terrain and KIA sportage side by side for myself. The people at Rusty Wallace KIA really treated me well. I often have people ask ,"Why did you drive all the way to Morristown?" I tell them now it was WELL worth it. I really wanted the KIA Sportage "EX" but due to my current trade in and required pay off I had to go with the "LX". This was my first new car.
