This was my 3rd visit to Rusty Wallace's Service Department - all for warranty work. Each time the advisor took the time to listen to what the issue was and document it on the service sheet. The service advisor updated me on the status of my vehicle and then brought me my receipt and keys when the repair was completed. No waiting to see a cashier, then for the cashier to do the paperwork, then for the cashier to find my keys. Extremely convenient. And the best news is that each time the repairs were performed thoroughly and the vehicle was returned as clean as when I took it in. More
I was at a Car Wash getting my vehicle detailed one day and when they gave my vehicle back to me the guy returning it to me said "your door is handle broken" I could not understand how it could just break and when they gave my vehicle back to me the guy returning it to me said "your door is handle broken" I could not understand how it could just break like that. I was so angry that it happened on my Cadillac Escaledeand the fact it was just out of warrenty. I went to Rusty Wallace Cadillac that day to purchase a new door handle and install it myself. The Parts Department asked me how many miles was it out of warrenty. I told him the mileage and he said that I should check with Service to see if they would warrenty it. I was very doubtful they would considering every dealership I ever been to wouldn't even consider to fix a vehicle out of warrenty. I walked to the Service Department and told them my story about what happened. I was so surprised how nice they were and understood my frustration. I talk to Charlie Coffey "Service Manager" about what happened and I was totally floored when he told me that he would warrenty the replacement handle and installing it. After about 30 mins I was ready to go and I was on my way. If anyone wants a new Cadillac,GMC, or KIA you should definitly buy from them. I can tell you one thing this type of customer service is almost non-existent these days and with custumer service they offer I will DEFINITLY be going back to purchase a vehicle. I had a very positive experience when I went in to test drive a 2011 Terrian. I had already priced an Equinox the night before elsewhere and was trading in a vehicle. I arrived about 20 minutes early for my appointment. Duane said it was no problem, processed my car in for the oil change and recall notice. He then invited me to enjoy some coffee in the lobby and showed me the way to it. I enjoyed the coffee while watching the news on their big screen TV. When my car was complete Duane brought me the keys and explained what was done with my car. He asked if I had any questions and then wished me a good day. I was in and out like a flash of lightning. Oil change and recall was completed and I was on my way home in about one to one and a half hours. I plan on taking all my work to Rusty Wallace Cadillac. As a matter of fact I have an appointment with their body shop on 7-11-11 at 4 PM to get the hail damage looked at on my SRX. More
On May 7, 2011 on our vacation to Dandridge, TN our GMC truck engine blew up. After calling Roadside Assistance our truck was towed to Rusty Wallace. We were greeted at the door of Rusty Wallace and wa truck engine blew up. After calling Roadside Assistance our truck was towed to Rusty Wallace. We were greeted at the door of Rusty Wallace and was introduced to Duane Gibbs. Duane informed us of the status of our truck at that point. We then were directed to David Chen and were given an Enterprise rental truck. What a great convenience that was. Charlie Coffey, service manager, called and informed us that our truck would need a new engine. Within 9 days our GMC had a new engine, was inspected and ready for pickup. If we were in the market for a new vehicle we would drive the 500 plus miles to Rusty Wallace! We were treated with great courtesy and respect. We Highly Recommend Rusty Wallace! More

My salesman showed me ever thing about the car the service department, parts department. He told me about the service department staff and how long they had been with Rusty Wallace of Morristown. I’m looking forward to continuing my relationship with this dealership. More
Rusty Wallace KIA has been unbelievable since they took over the KIA brand when "those guys" went out of business. Their service department is always very friendly and informative. We were very pleased with the way Josh helped us in finding a vechicle. He was very friendly and not pushy.
