Recently purchased a 2011 Ford F-150 from Mark Pfannensteil and received outstanding service and great value on my purchase. All of the staff was very friendly and seemed totally focused on our happiness. It took a little longer then we wanted but we did throw the wrinkle in the transaction in changing our mind and purchasing both pickups. We are pleased with our deal and they are even delivering both pickups to our home which is 4 hrs. from Wichita. On 10/14/11 our F350 broke down on Highway 54, north of Wichita. We were heading to California, for my wife's convention, and to visit family. She told us they would be closing in 45 min., but that she would wait, and make sure we got to a motel for the night, since evaluation of the problem wouldn't be able to happen until the morning (Sat 10/15). We were able to get towed there just before they closed. The service department was aware that we were coming. Debra helped by also leaving a note for David, to have him get work started in the morning, first thing. She drove us across the street to the motel, where we were able to get a room. We checked in the morning, the problem had been identified, and work started. It would not be able to be completed, until Monday. The repair work was finished by 1:00 pm on Monday, and we got underway. The staff were all amazingly helpful, and we can't say enough good things about them. More
