Our tire pressure light came on. Took our vehicle to Rusty Eck there Quck Lane. They found a nail in the inside of the tire and had to replace it. Way to pushy and aggressive. Would not accept no as an answer. My wife and I came there to look at a car that was on the internet only to find it was already sold. They really need to update their internet listing quicker. So then they showed us a car that just came i internet only to find it was already sold. They really need to update their internet listing quicker. So then they showed us a car that just came in, but would not let us drive it until the next day. When we came back we were told the car was sold. By this time I had lost any faith in Dempsey being able to find us a car. My wife and I decided to give them another chance to find us a car. This time they did find one. Now we asked for new tires to be installed and they did only the two front ones with some off-brand that can't be matched. The tires they left as is in which one had a blister on the inside and should have been changed. We had to buy two new tires. They also only provided one key fob and didn't explain to us the key that was hidden nor did they get the other key from the original owner. If we loose the fob we will be SOL. A new one cost about $200.00 at the dealership. Overall the sales dept attitude seemed reluctant at best. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone nor will I go back to them. More
