He also answered the questions I had about the sports option that came with my 2014 Fiesta. He was very knowledgeable about the feature and took the time to answer the question thoroughly, as well as giving me his card in case I had any additional questions later. SO many places just rush you out the door once they have you money and this is NOT that kind of place. Great Customer Service I live in Indiana and my daughter is in Wichita at school. She had a problem that needed fixed so I called the service department and spoke with Chri I live in Indiana and my daughter is in Wichita at school.
