was not happy Had been talking to salesman for a day or 2 and told him of the vehicle i wanted to look at and possibly purchase. Drove 2.5 hours to get to dealershi Had been talking to salesman for a day or 2 and told him of the vehicle i wanted to look at and possibly purchase. Drove 2.5 hours to get to dealership and then i get bad news. Salesman tells me that before i arrived another salesman had let a customer take it for a test drive. Then upon return the customer hit a pole and damaged the vehicle. Salesman did not bother to contact me and let me know. His attitude was you were already on your way. Then while on test drive check engine light came on and salesman said it was due to the TCS and the O2 sensor. It seemed he was more worried about commission than listening to what i was saying. More

Brandon worked with the car rental place to make sure I had a vehicle. He kept me up to date with what was going on with my car. Being there with 4 kids it was nice to have someone there with a great attitude and assistance. There was another gentleman there that made sure my kiddos had something to drink as we waited. great service during a busy time I had a great time at the dealership. Adriane told me the 10k check told take about an hour, it was done in halt the time and done right. Glenn met us in the Service Bay and already had the check in processed and service arranged prior to our arrival. We decided to step across the street for lunch while waiting for the service to be complete. Upon return, we found the vehicle was completed and again Glenn was Johnny on the spot with the completed paperwork and we were on our way in a very short time.
