Wonderful Experience I recently went to the Rusty Eck Ford Quick Lane to get maintenance and oil change on my new Ford Fiesta. I was greeted by Rami as soon as I walked in I recently went to the Rusty Eck Ford Quick Lane to get maintenance and oil change on my new Ford Fiesta. I was greeted by Rami as soon as I walked in the door. He was wonderful! He asked if I had any special concerns and said he would take great care of my vehicle...he did just that. Everything was done properly and at the end he printed out a detailed report on my car. Best of all, the whole thing only took about 15 minutes!!! More

He took all the time to listen to my concerns and assured he would do everything in his power to get what needs done and to satisfy me. He explained that my car had a recall on it. He could not tell me what the recall was at the time I dropped off my car, but with in the hour, he had taken time out of his busy schedule to call and let me know what it was. Great service I have been coming in for the last year and a half with many issues that I have had with my car. There was also some routine work done on my car as we I have been coming in for the last year and a half with many issues that I have had with my car. There was also some routine work done on my car as well. My advisor has been Adriane correa through the entire time I have been coming in. I have had several issues with my car. Some even needing for me to leave the car for a few days. When those things happened Adriane would have my rental car paperwork all taken car of for for me. So when I would leave I just had to sign and drive. I have a service dog and Adriane always spends a moment with her as well. Overall I would like to say that my car does have issues that bring me in for warranty work. Of course I have been disappointed about all the problems I have had with the car. On the plus side Adriane has always been polite and very considerate toward me. She is a great employee that does go beyond in the aspect of consideration toward me. She understands my issues and has done a awesome job to my wife and myself. She is a keeper. More
