I know that a lot of vehicles go through their service maintenance programs all across the country. I just have to toot my horn about the service that I’ve continually received from Rusty Eck Ford. I realize that it takes a team effort for the service of any kind to occur, good or bad. Usually the type of service that you receive is dependent upon the person or persons that coordinate the service you receive. I believe that Rusty Eck Ford has one of the best service coordinators around. Chris Fontes is the service coordinator that I became familiar with at Rusty Eck Ford on my first oil change for my new vehicle. Since that first oil change to the most recent 90,000 mile service maintenance, Chris Fontes expresses a genuine caring about, not only my current service, but the service of other Rusty Eck Ford clients as well. This is expressed through witnessing his reviewing the service to other clients of their vehicles while waiting in their (Rusty Eck’s) waiting area.
