I wasn't sure what to expect since he didn't know what might be wrong. While I waited I spent some time on the massage chair. That was great! In a couple of hours Glen told me the car was ready. He explained that the work was completed and the previous issue was resolved by simply replacing the unit. I was pleasantly surprised to hear this. Over all my experience was great. Thanks to Glen and the guy who did the work. I left feeling that I had been treated like a customer should expect. Great job! More

Awesome kindness! I am a mother of 2 boys, 2 years and 6 months, and it was pouring rain the day I had to stop at the quick lane and repair my tire that had a nail. Briefly, there was a clicking noise in the drivers seat. The dealership where I bought the vehicle tried to fix the noise issue and that dealership service manager tried to convince me that the noise was present in every NEW Ford Explorer. I told Chris the story and he had one of his associates check the problem and fixed the problem. Would highly recommend Rusty Ek's service department. Very professional and paid attention to customers needs instead of trying NOT to solve the issue. More

First routine service appt since we bought our Escape! We were happy with being able to get in, on late notice.
