Which part of my review do you consider fraudulent. I am more than happy to edit my review. I have had the trunk to my vehicle shut for more than a month before the fire. I never claimed that it was your fault either. But there is also zero evidence to suggest that something I did started a fire in a sealed trunk. I still have no idea how it started. Your service dept. told me that the vehicle did not cause the fire, but I disagree. Sorry that we don't agree, but nothing I did could have cause the fire anymore than something your team did. I would have liked to know how it started, unfortunately the way I see it, my service team at your dealership has zero real answers. Please stop trying to discredit a review that you earned.

I am wanting to update on my review. i was introduced to a man named Steven Fielding who works for Rusty Eck Ford's Collision Center. He has helped me in the last 2 weeks. He helped me contact my insurance company to file a claim, which i didn't know I could do. He has played the middle man for me and spoken with my insurances field agent and the manufacturing company. He has kept in contact with me every couple of days through the whole process. He even drove to my place of employment to drop off paperwork. When my car was completely fixed, he personally test drove it and took it back to the shop to be double checked. I can do nothing but sing praise about this man's professionalism and suggest that he receive a substantial raise!!!

It is true that you will receive a minimum of $5000 for any vehicle traded in any condition, running or not, within the stated program periods. It is also true that you can only trade one (1) vehicle per transaction. You cannot trade three (3) vehicles which would total $15,000 against 1 transaction. You have made very public statements about your attempt to purchase a vehicle and the unsatisfactory outcome of the transaction. We are sorry for your frustration.
