Very Happy! We knew what vehicle we wanted and Matt and Nick went above and beyond to find it for us. We met Travis , took the truck for a test drive !! We settled on a price , he introduced us to Matt Phillips in financing ,he explained many things to us that NO ford dealer has ever explained to us before , we have purchased a number of new fords in the past !! We learned a lot !! It was a Great to meet these two young men , they made our new truck purchase VERY NICE !! Ken Spencer !! P.S. Travis helped us move everything from our old truck to the new one , Never have we had help like that before !! THANKS !!!!!! Flew across country to buy car from Rusty Eck Ford I live in Virginia and after talking with the salesperson and his supervisor at Ructy Eck in Kansas, I was comfortable enough to fly out, buy the vehi I live in Virginia and after talking with the salesperson and his supervisor at Ructy Eck in Kansas, I was comfortable enough to fly out, buy the vehicle sit unseen (only photos) and drive back. To trust these guys enough to book a 1 way airline ticket and fly out says it all. In the end, my trust was rewarded and I got a great vehicle. After the sale, I had a small issue with the initial deal. I worked with a guy named Ken Sens and he was very professional and thorough and after analyzing the situation worked with me to come to a satisfactory resolution. I would buy from Rusty Eck again! More

worst experence ever Came down on a Sunday (we had a 3 hour trip down) and bought a car it was to be ready on Fri we were there at 11:30 wasn't ready came back 2 hr. late Came down on a Sunday (we had a 3 hour trip down) and bought a car it was to be ready on Fri we were there at 11:30 wasn't ready came back 2 hr. later still wasn't ready. When it was finally brought around it wasn't cleaned up like we were told it would be and no gas, wasn't enough to get to a gas station. We did get a salesman to get gas but after the wait it didn't seem like enough. Then we found they even took the headphones that were in the car when we first saw it. I've bought cars since I was 16 never had an experience like this and hope to never have like it again. And we did talk to many salesmen and their Bosses but still didn't provide a reasonable excuse for the way we were treated.
