Paid back They kept their times and date of service to the letter. We got a full explanation of what was done and not done. While I was talking with Bob and Scott, I found out that I could apply for a refund of a driveshaft on my Tacoma I replaced three years ago, that was now being replaced as a courtesy by Toyota.. I found the receipts and sure enough, got a check last week for the full amount! Thanks for the information guys! More

My last “vacation” was cut short because Riley’s was so efficient that my car was ready before I was. Everyone I encountered during my visit was pleasant, organized and efficient. From my first purchase till the service appointment I have had, all the people there have been friendly and helpful, If I ever decide that I want to purchase another vehicle, Riley Toyota is the only place I would consider. Riley Toyota is the worst dealership So Toyota issued extended warranty for 95-04 Tacomas so I took my truck in. They kept my truck over a month to wait for the frame parts to come in. So Toyota issued extended warranty for 95-04 Tacomas so I took my truck in. They kept my truck over a month to wait for the frame parts to come in. The service rep assured me that they would call me to ask me about extra work might be needed. I asked them to replace to shocks and struts as well so I ordered the shocks and struts and took the parts to them. They told me they aligned the truck with one shock bushing totally broken. Who would align the truck with bad bushing but they proceeded to charge me with the work. Service Rep Scott Struemph told me he'd give me a discount but it wasn't enough to cover the cost of the alignment. Finally frame parts came in and they went ahead did all the work. When I got my truck back, some bolts and screws weren't tightened, few clips were broken during the process, hood and fenders clear coat has come off. So I asked them that's not acceptable then they told me the truck has been parked under the sun and that's what happened. I've parked my truck outside since I've owned and you are telling me park at the dealership a month my paint would start come off? I will not do business with them again and they are the worst dealership ever. More
Scott Struemph went above and beyind in servicing our 2005 Avalon. All work was completed before the time he told us and the price came in below what we thought it would.
