dropped car off for an 8 A. M. Appointment about wind noise. Received call between 11 & 11:30 stating they just got back from doing a road test and could not detect the wind noi M. While I am not happy they couldn't detect the wind noise that my wife hears, I am also upset they waited three hours to do a test that I dropped my car off for a 8:00 appointment. I am marking a service rep, though I am not sure of which one I had. More
