This review is written to Scott Streumph and Kevin Riley of Riley Toyota as well as Akio Toyoda of Toyota of Japan about RUSS KESEL. When I had problems with my 2021 Tacoma prior to traveling on vacation I of Riley Toyota as well as Akio Toyoda of Toyota of Japan about RUSS KESEL. When I had problems with my 2021 Tacoma prior to traveling on vacation I took my truck to the service center unannounced to see when it could be looked at. Russ immediately assisted in trying to identify the problem and solution even though it was the end of the day and they were short staffed. He then was able to get it in and looked at with the help of a mechanic. They were able to find the problem and fix it, truly saving me from a stressful situation the next week. We will continue to buy Toyota vehicles because of their quality. And we will continue to buy them at Riley Toyota because they have great staff and when problems do occur, Russ Kesel and others like him are always there to assist. While the sale and purchase of a new Toyota is great, it's the service after the sale that's essential. Thank you Russ! More
I have owned 3 Toyotas and 1 Lexus. My experience with purchasing from Riley Toyota has been excellent. Service at this dealership has been wonderful. No services are pushed that are not needed. Way better experience than other dealers in the Jeff City/Columbia area! The atmosphere was not as stuffy and the staff were way more knowledgeable and down to earth. My overall purchase of my CRV was ok and loved my salesman Donnie. However, when I realized my SUV bluetooth would not connect to my phone, I immediately contacted them about this and the rattle in t salesman Donnie. However, when I realized my SUV bluetooth would not connect to my phone, I immediately contacted them about this and the rattle in the driver side door. It also needed an alignment, but easy fix. I brought it into the shop where they fixed the alignment and informed me I had to take it to Honda for the door rattle and bluetooth issues. Honda gladly fixed the door, they were a bit confused why Toyota could not do it. My bluetooth issue is still not resolved. Had I known this did not work, I would have bought a different SUV. Honda said there may be an update in the future but the vehicle will be out of warranty then and it will be another cost. I went to Riley because of the great reputation, and incredible service offered. Highly disappointed with this situation. More
