I purchased a Mazda CX-5 PP from Russell and Smith recently. Overall my experience was great. I would like to give them 4.5 star for the entire process. Absolutely terrible if you need your car repaired, especially if you’re working with your insurance. Nobody follows through, the manager is not knowledgeable on why things are delayed.
