AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! ! We had a horrible experience with the sales team. They wasted my day. Chris was verbally rude and abusive and shouted at me and my family in front ! That is just unacceptable behavior from a manager. I have purchased many many cars, but this was the worst customer service experience ever. Chris has no manners and no customer service skills. Maybe he needs some training. Earlier that day, we had agreed on a price, we came back just few hours later to purchase after getting our payment and documents and they increased the price by a few thousand $.. Wasted our time. They have an unfair, unethical business practice. Also they have mark ups on all their cars. So this is one of those mark up stealerships. AVOID! That same day we went to another Mazda dealership and got the same model, spec at a much lower price. My Advice: Shop around and Avoid this dealership at all cost if you value your time and want a fair and honest experience More

I purchased a Mazda CX-5 PP from Russell and Smith recently. Overall my experience was great. I would like to give them 4.5 star for the entire process.
