Thank you Steve for your quick work in trying to get my car back to me fixed. However this was not the case, several things are missing on my car and after exactly a week of getting it back the check engine light has come on due to improper amount of coolant that was not in the engine. I had to replace 2 tires out of my pocket, and there are parts that are not secured properly that have popped out. I will gladly email you all photos we have taken this far into getting my car back. I am frankly disappointed at the incompetence of your service and body shop department. This is absolutely unacceptable.
