The service we received from all the staff was exemplary. In particular, we would like to acknowledge Gilton Huggart who provided expert knowledge on the models we were reviewing and, together with Sutoyo Sigiharti, a fantastic offer on a new CX-9 Touring. I had a great experience at this dealership. I found the car (by VIN #) which I wanted; with good background on market and appraisal values we closed within 3 days. Sales person is professional and authorized to conclude the final deal, without ge background on market and appraisal values we closed within 3 days. I bought two cars (CX-9 and CX-7) from Sutoyo. I bought CX-9 several months ago. Once we decided to buy another SUV, we directly went to his dealership again based on our good experience before.
