My last visit for an oil change was as expected. I arrived around lunch, there were 2 vehicles ahead of me. Ryne Smith was excellent perusal. Great customer service and always takes care of me. Jessica Gonzales, however, needs improvement on how she interacts with customers. I came to pick up my car not knowing Ryne was gone for the day and had I known he leaves at 5, I would've made it a point to get there before he left because I only like to deal with Ryne. Jessica's attitude was not the best and appeared as if she was perturbed and annoyed by me asking where was Ryne and what time does he leave for the day. Although Ryne discussed the findings of my diagnostic over the phone with me, Jessica failed to go over my report with me in detail, as Ryne would have, when I arrived, and she never asked me if I had any questions or needed to discuss anything further. Someone with superiors customer service etiquette would have done that. It is very clear Jessica is not on that level. No one at this location compares to Ryne, or even comes close to him in any form or fashion. They all need improvement. This is why I only like having Ryne as my service advisor because I always leave satisfied. I did not leave satisfied after interacting with Jessica. Moving forward, I will do my best to make it a point to arrive before Ryne leaves for the day, to ensure I receive the great customer experience I deserve and always receive from him. More
I had been to several (5 to be exact) repair shops about the noise my car was making — none could tell me what/where is was or coming from.
