Quick, professional service My 2018 Fit's very first oil change was at Russell & Smith Honda, and Constantine Thanos greeted me once I walked in, and got me signed in. He clearly My 2018 Fit's very first oil change was at Russell & Smith Honda, and Constantine Thanos greeted me once I walked in, and got me signed in. He clearly explained what would be done for my service (oil change, tire rotation, complimentary wash), and a time estimate. The service was done earlier than expected--no complaints there! I will be back for my next service, and may be fortunate enough to have Constantine help me again. I scraped my Fit's spoiler on the still-raising garage door (ugh), so I hope he might be able to help with touch-up paint. I used to own an Infiniti, and am used to great service, and Mr. Thanos was as courteous and professional as an Infiniti service advisor. I will also use the opportunity to make everyone groan by telling him, "So, Thanos, we meet again!" In all seriousness, great service, Mr. Thanos, and you are a positive representative for Russell & Smith Honda. More

Service visit on June 23, 2018 I went in for an oil change, Constantine was very courteous and attentive. My car was serviced very quickly and completed within 45 minutes from the t I went in for an oil change, Constantine was very courteous and attentive. My car was serviced very quickly and completed within 45 minutes from the time I arrived there. I love that my car was also washed for me in addition to the oil change. I will definitely ask for him to service my car next time I bring it in for the next oil change. More

Very courteous and professional service I've been going more than I wished to this service center due to regular maintenance and multiple flat tires (Nails! Constantine helped me twice and I appreciated his very courteous and professional service. The wait can be long (1 hour when lucky, up to 2 hours), so I always come prepared with work (internet is a breeze!), but my waiting time has always been announced very accurately. More
