I had a wonderful experience at Russell and Smith Honda. I went to purchase a used car and left with a new car. I think Peter is a wonderful salesman and he knows his job very well. I have had my car serviced about 6 times there (major powertrain issue, major 75k service, oil changes, other repairs). Service dept always called promptly. even the driver who drives you home was so c powertrain issue, major 75k service, oil changes, other repairs). Service dept always called promptly. even the driver who drives you home was so courteous. this was the best service i've gotten at any dealership as a woman. also my husband has liked dealing w/ them. they seem to take pride in running a tight service department.
