Yearly Visit for Maintenance Yearly visit for oil change and other maintenance on 5 year old Pilot with under 30,000 miles, and also I was alerted to a check for another possible Yearly visit for oil change and other maintenance on 5 year old Pilot with under 30,000 miles, and also I was alerted to a check for another possible recall warranty issue with bushings. So far, I have felt the service department is fair and up front about the maintenance needs to keep my vehicle safe and running well. I have been informed of recommendations for repairs but have not felt overly pressured to take care of these items immediately based on my driving habits. The wait was a little long on this recent visit, but that was expected since I did have multiple maintenance needed as well as the warranty on the bushings which were also repaired. Previously, I had a recall on the front passenger airbag unit and a problem with a front driveshaft (under warranty) and both were promptly repaired without hesitation. The waiting areas and restrooms are always clean and in order. The customer service techs are always nice and seem to be well trained. Overall, my time spent here has been pleasant and the service performed here has been done well. More

Great service! Arrived for appt and first guy told me two 2 hours for oil change.
