Joel was professional and cordial, explained everything in detail, but I have gone multiple times to a different Honda dealership and it never happened to me that my car smelled bad after being returned (t in detail, but I have gone multiple times to a different Honda dealership and it never happened to me that my car smelled bad after being returned (they did not use plastic to cover the seat or paper for the carpet as any other place usually does), additionally I hadn't gotten an additional charge for paying with credit card before.
