They were very professional and not pushy at all. At first I was thinking about financing the car, but her manager explained me the benefits of leasing and I ended up leasing. Because my payments ended up being a bit higher than they had forecasted, they gave me a complimentary package that included great benefits, such as roadside assistance and free oil changes. The car in the color I wanted wasn't available at the dealership, so they ordered from another dealer and it arrived within 24h. I also really liked to learn that they invite new buyers for an evening in which they teach you how to use your car properly. I strongly recommend this dealership. More

Between the both of them, we were treated like royalty, and felt very at ease. Not like some dealerships where the consumer is merely a commission check. Danny made sure I was familiar with all the features of the vehicle inside and out. Ian made sure I knew what the price of the vehicle was. He worked on my trade-in. This was my first time doing a trade-in and the team made this experience a pleasant one. Andy was very conscious of my financial situation. Made every effort to get me the payment I was looking for. I have dealt with other dealerships in the past and have always had bad experiences during this process. Other dealerships pushed different products (waranties, insurances, etc.) when dealing with Finance. Andy was very helpful. He explained everything to me. He never pushed any other products my way and made me feel like a customer the whole way. Overall, this has been the best buying experience I've ever had. I will make sure to tell everyone I know. Luis was on vacation when I was ready to close and because I just showed up without an appointment, Ray was with another customer. I closed the deal with Tom Melanson who was delightful, as well as being most helpful. There's a reason that this dealership has a A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau (a member since 1966.) I was criticized by my companion for not negotiating for a better price, but I don't like to negotiate and with Russell & Smith, I did not have to! I would definitely recommend this dealership as the best! More

Whenever I went to this dealership I always saw sales representatives standing outside in front of the door to be ready to greet their customers. After shopping several other dealers that also responded, my wife and Russell & Smith was the 1st to respond, and included a detailed written quote. After shopping several other dealers that also responded, my wife and I visited R&S. Upon arrival, no hassles. Dung even improved the deal over his written quote, which the other dealers didn't meet. We bought our 2010 Accord Crosstour from Dung. Paperwork was no hassle. They handled our trade quickly, and we received more than we thought we would. Extended warranty pricing was initially high, but quickly met our expectations on price. A few hours after arrival, we were on our way in our shiny new ride! I would highly recommend Dung & R&S. Their internet sales program is excellent. Dung in particular was fast, professional, accurate, and displayed integrity. A pleasure to deal with!! More

Ami, my finance manager and Andy, another finance manager who helped me when I was there to pick up the car, were both very patient and wanted to make sure I knew all the things I should know. Jack Carney, the sales manager greeted me warmly and made me feel that I'd come to the right dealership. When I expressed doubts about leaving the service writer who had spoiled me at a Mercury dealership, he made sure I would meet a new one at that dealership who would take very good care of me. That was how I met Brandon Forester. He also assured me of the good service I could expect and explained how my car had a device that would let me know when there was anything that needed service. One thing that impressed me was that I had been referred to an evening shift salesperson by a friend of mine who had just bought from Russell and Smith Honda. I do not care to car shop in the evenings, so the sales manager assured me that my sales person and the one I was referred to would both be compensated as well as the customer that sent me. That was a fair way to do business. More
