It has been a few years since my last car purchase, and to tell you the truth I was not looking forward to the “Battle” and I bet I am not the only one that feels that way. He referred me to Russell & Smith and to Ian Nylander specifically. My first contact was with David Weingartner and I could not have been treated nicer. Once I met with Ian the experience continued as he treated me with respect and true concern for what my needs were. Ian and David both listened intensively and answered all my questions honestly and straightforwardly. They both gave me the time, and attention that I needed to feel that I had the information necessary to make the right choices. Once I had the information I was not put under pressure to make the decision, (On The Spot), but was allowed to leave, (with a warm hand shake) and think it through. Once the decision was made I met with Mr. Shah, the finance manager, and again was treated with kindness and respect---Thank you Mr. Shah. The delivery of the car was just as pleasant---I was not rushed out the door---you know that feeling of, “you’ve signing on the dotted line, now get out!”, instead time was taken to explain all the features of the car even though it is very hot weather that day, I was not rushed! I cannot say enough about the wonderful service I have received so far and am looking forward to all my future service updates when required. I love my "Fit" and the mileage is over 30 mpg on the highway. It is roomy with the Hatchback and just what I needed.
