My first impression of Russell & Smith Honda was from my sales person, Deborah Wadsworth. I immediately liked her. I've had decent experiences buying cars in the past, but nothing to write home about. They gave me GREAT service at an AFFORDABLE price and on top of that they're within the loop! Tan Nguyen, the sales rep for my purchase, is the all-time best salesman to work with and Andy Nguyen, the financial mgr, made sure everything was crystal clear without any hidden loopholes. I did a lot of research before purchasing my Honda Accord from R&S. For comparison sake, I got a well-equipped Accord sedan from them for $5,000 less than a comparable Nissan and $6,000 less than a comparable Chevy. I appreciated the experience so much with R&S that I suggested to my wife she buy a car from them...and two days after I bought mine she bought an Accord Sedan from them as well! She had the great experience with them that I also had. Enough said! More

Working with Ray Huddleston was an absolute pleasure, he is extremely professional and shows the utmost respect for his customers. The dealership was very warm and welcoming where others were very impersonal and less customer focused. As far as customer service is concerned, there was not one single employee in the entire dealership who wouldn't have bent over backwards for us, everyone was very helpful. For quality of work I have never seen anything come close before. Ray is a straight shooter and does not waste your time like other dealerships do. Friendliness of employees was outstanding, we visited briefly about yard work on our first visit and on our second visit we were asked how it went! Not too many people remember someone chit chatting about yard work, but that is the extra mile they go to connect with customers. Our overall experience was A+++, could not have been any better. The price was the best we were offered and we had been looking for a while, I can't think of one bad thing to say about this dealership! More
