Patrick told me straight up they would sell the pilot for with no strings attached, and I found it to be a very reasonable offer. It was refreshing to know that what I was being told over the phone & via email was accurate and honest. When I got to the dealership with the quote received, Patrick stayed true to his word and everything went extremely smooth. Andy, from finance, then went through all the paperwork with me. In fact, by the time the entire process was over, I actually came out with a slightly better vehicle for the same price I was quoted originally.
