They did this all with me in clinic and not spending more than 20 minutes in the dealership itself. They saved me time and money. But you have to educate yourself. I went in to Russell & Smith Honda looking to purchase a new vehicle. I had been to several other dealerships in the past two months including two Ford dealerships, one Mazda dealership, one Chevrolet deal new vehicle. I was unsure of what I wanted to buy, all I knew was that I wanted something new and different than my FORD F150 I was driving. I was beginning to get frustrated and losing hope as I had not found anything that I really liked that I could get in my payment range. I was immediately greeted and attended to by salesman: Jon Moore. He was very friendly and patient and showed me several different cars of both models so that I can make the decision on what I liked best and what features I wanted. I decided to go with the Honda Pilot EX-L as I fell in love with it. Then I was introduced to finance manager: Roberto Montemayor who helped me to get the Pilot financed. I was able to get the price I wanted for the payment range I was looking for! He was also very patient, straightforward, friendly and helped me get to where I wanted to be.
