Dung came to Hobby Airport to pick me up. It is a Memorial Day and it was already 8:30PM by the time we reached the dealership from the Airport. They have worked after hours and got everything completed in 45min or so. I was on my way back to Austin in the new CR-V in no time. The effort to go to Houston was totally worth it. The overall experience is GREAT! PS: Do not consider Howdy Honda in Austin. They are the worst in Austin. Round Rock Honda may the best in Austin, but falls behind compared to Russell & Smith. More
