I made appointment yesterday to check the parts availability then B.J. assist me from that point on. Today when I arrived at appointment time , soon he greeted me with a big smile, he explained th availability then B.J. assist me from that point on. Today when I arrived at appointment time , soon he greeted me with a big smile, he explained the time estimate will take 4-6 hours, but it was done less than 4 hours. Before the repair wrapped up, he provides a list of job needs my attention. I wasn’t planning to spend that money and also I’m still 2000 miles away, so I still have time to plan.
