Took the honda in for some recall notices. They repaired all that. They gave me a long list of recommended repairs that totaled $5750. They wanted 275 to replace the serpentine belt that was dry rotted. I had it replaced 6 weeks ago. The list obviously goes on and on but you should be careful when dealing with the shop. More
Neil seemed nice but refused to fight for me which in turn caused them a sale !!!! They low balled me on my trade and when I asked if they could match or come close to other offers to earn my business ne turn caused them a sale !!!! Purchased several cars from here. Never again. Took my car in with a problem and what they said didn’t sound reasonable. They told me they could show me paperwork related to the problem. When they couldn’t come up with it it was to be emailed to me. It never was. When I contacted them they said they never give out anything like that. That I misunderstood. Since then several mechanics have said that what they said was unreasonable. $900.00 dollars later I will NEVER do business there again. More
Dealership has No Principles !!! Buyer Beware !! I purchased a used Toyota Tundra from these folks. The first day after purchase I noticed a shudder in the truck. Thought maybe a tire Buyer Beware !! I purchased a used Toyota Tundra from these folks. The first day after purchase I noticed a shudder in the truck. Thought maybe a tire out of balance. Yes. This was a no warranty as is purchase but this vehicle was on the front row and you'd like to think they're a safe purchase. After 2 weeks the shudder got horrible so I took it to Toyota dealer to have it diagnosed. Turns out it had already been diagnosed at another Toyota dealer needing the torque converter changed out. Looks like previous owner went straight to Russell to trade it off. I notified Russell dealership of this by phone and visit. Was told repeatedly that the owner / general manager would call. At this point I've only had vehicle for 3 weeks. No call. I was hoping maybe they would buy vehicle back, maybe help with repairs or at the least call and say tough luck it's Buyer Beware. Vehicle now has to have transmission and torque converter replaced. That's over $7000 through Toyota. Currently having transmission rebuilt. I'm not saying they knew about the transmission but it's looking more like they did. Anyway I'll pay to get it fixed and move on but it's a pretty Sad, No principles dealership when they can't even call you just to say we're sorry or Hahaha we got you. So just remember this as you look at their used vehicle's and they're being so nice to you. They'll forget you like a fart in the wind when you leave with your purchase. More

GOT BURNT AFTER BUYING 7 VEHICLES FROM RUSSELL HONDA After purchasing 7 vehicles from this dealer I brought my last Honda Civic in they appraised at a certain value left a deposit for the new vehicle. After being told the vehicle would arrive in 3 weeks then 5 weeks etc etc it actually took 2.5 months. That part was not their fault but was their fault is they broke the contract once the vehicle finally came in they wanted to give me less than what we agreed to in writing. The Honda Civic that I was trading had less than the national average in miles and still had far less than the national average for a 2 year old vehicle when the new car arrived. I was told the reason "Used vehicles depreciate every month" by the math they were offering the Honda Civic I was trading would be worth only 20% of its original value at the end of the 5 year term regardless of the miles. I even tried to talk to manager and they told me "It is a fair offer on my trade in" Buyers beware!!!! More
Service Consistency I love the customer service at this dealership. The gentleman who sold me my Accord, Mr. Neil Nesler, recognized me walking around the lot and made it I love the customer service at this dealership. I forgot my correct service appointment time and was over 30 minutes late. I appreciate Nick Tate for being understanding of my forgetfulness. He called my cell as soon as the service was complete, and was very detailed in making sure I was aware of the condition of my car, and what recommendations I may consider on future visits. I was also impressed with the fact that when the service was complete, Nick didn't just hand me my key and say, "it's out front." He took 2 minutes to walk me towards the vehicle until he was confident that I recognized where it was parked. That's going the extra mile. That's the Russell Difference. My wife has free oil changes for life on her vehicle at another dealership. We left Russell and I followed my wife to her dealership. I would have loved to have video taped that experience so you can see just how the Russell service department is setting the bar for customer service. From the moment we pulled up to the service bay at my wife's dealership, it wasn't comical - it was just a joke. I appreciate each and every Russell associate. If you ever disappoint me, trust me, I will let you know. But with your dedication and consistency, that is not a concern of mine. More
