You're service department is awful. What is the point of taking online appointments if when the customer shows up you just tell them that if they drop their car you will look at it in a What is the point of taking online appointments if when the customer shows up you just tell them that if they drop their car you will look at it in a week or so? I made appointment last week to have my car looked at. I have a transmission code popping up. You're service page asks for all details pertaining to why you are bringing car in. So why would nobody call me to let me know that you wouldn't be able to honor the appointment and would need to keep my car for a week or longer?? When I asked service writer why they took appointment and didn't call she said she just looks at appointment not the reason. She was rude and I didn't appreciate it. Ive been trying not to drive car much in case it's a big issue. I drive it all the way from my house to dealership for appointment I made last week and I get told you can't look at it for over a week? If it was going to be big repair I was considering buying a car from Barnett. I will be sure to let everyone I Know not to bring their car to Russell Barnett or to buy a car. More

At one point during my wait, I went to ask Ms. Dee Anderson if I could just go ahead and take the car and leave and not worry about getting it serviced. She replied the car was in the middle of being serviced and that it was on the house (free). This blew me away!!!! Then, she apologized for the wait (even though I did not have an appointment and they did not have to service me). Again, I was very impressed by the service I received today. The buying experience was painless. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, at the price they said it would be. I noticed a very small cosmetic issue with the car after leaving the dealership, and Jason went out of his way to make sure it was taken care of. I am very happy with my dealership experience and they will be my first stop should I ever decide to buy a new car again. More
