Oil change took nearly an hour and a half even though I had an appointment. Service writer was very friendly , but told me to expect to have my car back in an hour - which I already thought was too long. W had an appointment. I was told because of the salt and brine on the roads in WI the warranty was voided and there's nothing Russ Darrow Kia could do t help. I called Lynch body shop in Burlington, (3 times farther from my house), I was told it's a common problem. Just stop in, they will take a couple pix, send them to Dodge. Usually about a week they will have a new hood. Drop it off over night, pick it up the next day. I didn't even buy the van from them. More
