Service I recently switched to this dealership to service my van because of the proximity of the dealership. I brought my vehicle in and told them what was w I recently switched to this dealership to service my van because of the proximity of the dealership. I brought my vehicle in and told them what was wrong and what needed to be fixed but yet was still charged in excess of $100 for diagnostics. They further charged me two hours shop labor time for a job which takes 10 minutes to complete (I've done the job myself before). It's one thing to make money for the services you provide (and I did not expect to walk away not paying anything), but it's another thing when you take advantage of the customer and charge them excessively. I will NOT be going back to this dealership for service or to purchase my upcoming vehicle. More
