Dont buy any used car from them. First time purchasing a dealer vehicle and I purchased it on 3/7/17 picked up 3/11/17(had to wait for insurance) come tuesday 3/14/17 the car startes First time purchasing a dealer vehicle and I purchased it on 3/7/17 picked up 3/11/17(had to wait for insurance) come tuesday 3/14/17 the car startes making a can rattling sound coming from the engine and shaking and churning sound when turning at a stop and im told i could take it to any Russ Darrow dealer for free inspection so i go to the volkswagon dealer and after two hours of waiting they tell me i have to go from where i purchased so i go to this(west bend) location and wait another two hours for the inspection to be completed 3/16/17 and considering that i recently just purchased the car i believed they would cover any repairs but no i was wrong they expected me to pocket out $800 for repairs not even any sort of discount. So long story short dont buy a used car and expect it to be without issues within the first month. More
