Arrogant and insular. We've tried to buy used cars from West Bend Russ Darrow several times but have always been put off by their lack of willingness to deal on price (even We've tried to buy used cars from West Bend Russ Darrow several times but have always been put off by their lack of willingness to deal on price (even a little bit) and their extreme arrogance. Their attitude is, "if you don't like our price, we hope you enjoy the car that you buy from another dealer". Even if the car has been at their dealership for 9 months and they're telling us their pricing is right in line with all of the other dealers for a comparable car...hmmmm, if so, why is it a bit higher than other dealers, and why is it still there? It seems that they're using the West Bend business model of "oh well, if you don't like our pricing, you can drive 20 to 30 miles to Milwaukee and buy one there". Okay, that's just what we'll do, as far as we're concerned, there is no major car dealer in West Bend, it's a joke and a waste of time. Unless you're willing to get "hosed" by this dealership go elsewhere from the get go. More
