A Wonderful Suprise I got home from work and my wife told me we needed to take a drive to West Bend. Apparently she'd been working out a deal on a 2017 4Runnner TRD Off R I got home from work and my wife told me we needed to take a drive to West Bend. Apparently she'd been working out a deal on a 2017 4Runnner TRD Off Road. For over a year I'd been researching and eyeing them up, but never quite managed to pull the trigger. We arrived at the dealership at 7:00pm and were greeted by Jacob, our salesman. He had the truck we were going to look at all set to go. After a decent test drive, and a test drive in a few other models, we were impressed with the 4Runner. We went in to the building to talk details, and in the background they had "Fearless" from Pink Floyd's 1971 Meddle album playing. When was the last time you ever heard that song playing in the wild? There's a line in the song about "climbing that hill" which I like to interpret as going 4-wheelin'. The one thing that I was worried about was what they'd give me for my trade. I knew what I wanted and what they'd probably offer. It was a suprise when they came back with an offer that was $1,500 more than I expected. That sold us on the deal, particularly with the price they were offering on the 4Runner! I assumed they want us to come back another day to take care of paperwork, but everyone involved in the transaction stuck around until well after 10:00pm to get things done. Jacob has followed up several times and I could't be happier with my new truck and the buying experience. More

This month, my husband and I purchased our first minivan - a 2017 AWD Toyota Sienna LE 6 weeks before our 3rd baby 3 and under would join our family. The truth is...I just wanted more space and the purchase to be checked off my never ending list and Russ Darrow Toyota made the experience EASY. It was easy. The Sienna was an easy, obvious, reliable choice. We didn't shop around because we know the brand and price were going to be reliable. The staff made it easy and worked around our crazy schedule. I was thrilled all new car mats (missing from our van originally) and the bonus details we worked on. Sometimes you just want it to be easy. Customer service was great, purchase was smooth and our family loves the new car! More

I initially stopped in to look at the tacoma which i had my eye on for quite sometime and want to drive it and make sure it was what i really wanted. After talking with the sales guy a while there were a few questions that he had to get confirmations on and he would get back to me in a couple days. Well a couple days has come and gone and I figured this was going to be the typical experience, however one day in the mail I had a letter from the salesman stating he lost my number (xxxx happens) and he provided me with the answers to the questions. It was at that point that i was buying from him, even though there is another dealer closer to my house. Not once did i feel pressured to talk about the financial side of things. So i got my ducks in a row and went in told them what i wanted to do. After a few discussions we had come to an agree that toyota would have to build my truck! It took about a month but i was informed through the entire process including build date changes. The anticipation was killing me, brand new, not even a test drive. Delivery day came and just as expected in and out quickly. The finance department was a pleasure to work with and they even saved me by not allowing me to take out gap coverage, because i would never be under water with this truck. Definitely a dealership worth going to! More
