Great out of state used vehicle purchase! An incredible experience purchasing a used e my purchase from out of state, and had the fortune of Travis as being my salesman. Since I was buying fro An incredible experience purchasing a used e my purchase from out of state, and had the fortune of Travis as being my salesman. Since I was buying from out of state, I made several request of multiple photos and also requested him to test drive the vehicle for me, and try out all options as if he was buying it for himself. Travis went above & beyond my expectations (which I've been told by others is pretty high) and provided me with a multitude of photos and all kinds of information. He was very direct, transparent and most of all honest. I certainly expect a older used vehicle to have some imperfections, and I knew I was with the right salesman when he was sending me pictures of any imperfections no matter how small, just so that I would be aware of them. I was working with Travis over the phone for approximately a week while the vehicle was being prepped, some needed repairs made and a complete safety inspection by the dealership. Travis worked it out to secure the vehicle for me while I made my 5-hour drive so that it wouldn't be sold out from me prior to my arrival. It was also a very nice extra bonus that Travis set it up to send me off with a full tank of gas and a complete vehicle service! Can't say enough good, I would strongly recommend Russ Darrow Toyota, and make sure you ask for Travis! More
