Best Experience Ever Just bought my first brand new vehicle. I looked for months and test drove a few at different places. Originally I had gone into a different place and Just bought my first brand new vehicle. I looked for months and test drove a few at different places. Originally I had gone into a different place and had the worst experience of my life. A few weeks later I came to Russ Darrow Toyota in West Bend. I worked one on one with Cody Baertschy. He was super professional, kept it light and breezy. I had two trade ins and Cody and the GM worked with me to get what I needed out of them. This was a dream that I wasn’t sure was going to happen. Anyone that asks, I tell them how awesome it was there and to request Cody. Real people that treat their customers like real people. Highly recommend them! More
