Started on internet search, went to dealer web page, checked availability on site, did online appraisal, called to schedule test drive, same day, was contacted and vehicle was ready waiting for inspecti checked availability on site, did online appraisal, called to schedule test drive, same day, was contacted and vehicle was ready waiting for inspection and test drive, salesman explained vehicle and options, friendly and no pressure, went over payment / loan options, did trade assessment, salesman was transparent and we worked out a deal to purchase used vehicle that satisfied my needs and dealership.
