Oil Change Warranty Work I made an appointment for an oil change and also some warranty work. My tailgate wasn't staying up properly and there was a noise in the rear. My ex I made an appointment for an oil change and also some warranty work. My tailgate wasn't staying up properly and there was a noise in the rear. My expectation was about a hour and a half. I figured they would need a part for the tailgate, since my noise was intermittent I figured they wouldn't hear it Haha. SO after 2 hours I asked about what was happening and it turns out I was right about the tailgate, they were ordering a part. BUT, the noise, they heard it, found it and fixed it! That's why the extra time, they were driving it when I asked to be certain it was gone. To me that is service above and beyond. Thanks to Melanie who seemed very concerned about my stress about the time going longer than I expected. She got me my answers and I am very satisfied with this, my first visit to this dealership. I will be going here for all my service needs. More
