So over Dana was great when we had signed the paperwork for the car. Any follow-ups after have been ignored. She was helping us get our refund on a previous warranty with Russ Darrow since this is the 3rd for the car. Any follow-ups after have been ignored. She was helping us get our refund on a previous warranty with Russ Darrow since this is the 3rd car we have bought from the group. I asked if she could help me follow up with the process or at least tell me who to call... 4 weeks later and an email every 4 days. NOTHING back. Its crazy all she had to do is just email back. But it goes to show she has your interest in mind when your buying. Getting a customer is easy keeping one is way different.. on the other hand the Manager Chris.. 100% took care of any questions I had and took care of any concerns. I see no reason why I would have to go above Dana to get a simple question answered by email. Still waiting from Dana More
