Service director Keith McGinnis was phenomenal. He was kind, informative, answered questions, and even took the time to place the updated registration sticker on my SUV himself. The female cashier on checkout was also very helpful and kind. I was very impressed with the customer service I saw being given to all customers at this location. I typically go to a Nissan dealership in the Milwaukee area, but found this place by accident when looking for a service center that also completed emissions testing. I will be coming up here from now on due to the excellent customer service. It seems like the service dept at West Bend looks for reasons to not do warranty work. I have an issue with a muffler and the mechanic said it was damaged in an accident. First oil change and tire rotation went good at Nissan in West Bend. Easy to schedule didn't have to wait long for an appointment.
