Brand new dealership, poor customer service I was so excited to find a Toyota Rav4 within my price range, that we made the drive from Minnesota to West Bend, Wisconsin to Russ Darrow Nissan (5.5 I was so excited to find a Toyota Rav4 within my price range, that we made the drive from Minnesota to West Bend, Wisconsin to Russ Darrow Nissan (5.5 hour drive one way!). When we got there, the facility was gorgeous, definitely very welcoming. However, the poor customer service quickly outweighed the nice facility. They knew we were coming from a distance for this one vehicle, but didn't even have the car ready-it was full of snow and ice which made seeing all the dents and scratches very hidden. I wish they would have warned us about all the cosmetic damages over the phone the night before, but at least have the car looking nice and ready for our arrival. Our salesmen was on his phone texting most the time we were test driving the vehicle, not paying attention or giving us very minimal information. Decided that the car was still within the price range to proceed, despite the lack of customer service or engagement. While we were waiting to talk to financing, our salesmen goes on another test drive with another couple, so we had to sit and wait way longer on a Saturday than we needed to since he didn't communicate the finance guy. Mind you, the Sales Manager was sitting at his desk just chatting with another associate never acknowledging us at all. Had we been welcomed, we would have liked to add things to the vehicle to upgrade it as much as possible- but you missed out. After finally meeting with your one financial person on a Saturday (after an hour wait), he promised he would fax over the purchase order first thing Monday morning. He has yet to do so, and the bank is waiting so they can send you a check. I'm super frustrated and will not recommend this dealership to anyone I know. If I wasn't in need of a vehicle, I wouldn't have purchased it from this dealership. RUSS DARROW: NEED TO TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! More

Fast effective service Has to be one of the best dealerships I have been too. Jake was fast and efficient at his job.
