Irritatingly long I went in for a scheduled routine complimentary oil change which took 1hr and 45 minutes even though I was the only car in the shop. The service mana I went in for a scheduled routine complimentary oil change which took 1hr and 45 minutes even though I was the only car in the shop. The service manager had left and I had to wait for the service worker to move slower than molasses on a cold day. With the large window viewing the service department i was able to watch the whole process of this man wander around lost in the woods. Perhaps he needs to fill his pockets with bread crumbs, take a class or needs to be supervised at all times More

A++++ Experience I stopped by the dealership on a whim to see what was available. I knew nothing about Nissan. Patrick Fitzgerald came out to greet me and suggested a I stopped by the dealership on a whim to see what was available. I knew nothing about Nissan. Patrick Fitzgerald came out to greet me and suggested a vehicle after listening to what I might be interested in. His friendly and warm personality along with his knowledge of the products and thoroughness in explaining everything impressed me immediately. I knew right away I would be comfortable doing business with him but I had a difficult time deciding if the timing was right. I took the vehicle home for the night and decided it wasn't the one for me but another one was! Patrick was very patient and helpful and I greatly appreciated that. I consider his professionalism a great asset to this dealership and the entire Russ Darrow Group. From the first greeting to the follow-up phone call was top notch.
