Takes way too long for an oil change. Makes me want to use a quick lube instead. Otherwise quality and service were good. Would recommend but prefer quicker appointment for oil change. Travis and service tech Jorge did a great job diagnosing and fixing some leaks I had on my vehicle. I also asked them to do emission testing and check one of the TPMS, and both were done. and fixing some leaks I had on my vehicle. Poor customer service and equally bad servie work I called the dealership about a used vehicle and spoke with a manager Eric. He said come on in and he would take care of me from start to finish. I go I called the dealership about a used vehicle and spoke with a manager Eric. He said come on in and he would take care of me from start to finish. I got there and he handed me off to John a salesman. The salesman could not sell me the car, he had to keep going back and fourth between me and Eric evidently to get approval. Eventually Eric did come over to talk with me. He told me the price he had given me was the best he could do. I turned it down. Two days later I saw the same car on line for $150 less than the best Eric could do for me. Then I needed repair work done on my Rogue, the car I was going to trade in. it was covered buy an extended warranty. When I took the car in for the repairs, they estimated the cost to make the repairs but told me the warranty had expired. My copy of the contract said I have about eleven months left on the warranty. I called the warranty company and was told the warranty had expired as far as they were concerned but I should call the dealer to get it figured out. Darrow had originally sold me the contract. I called the dealer on a Monday and spoke with Jerad and explained what was going on. I let him know the issue with the car is a safety thing and I was in a bit of a hurry to get it taken care of. He said he would look for the contract and get back to me but if I didn't hear from him buy Wednesday not to call him because it was his day off. On Wednesday I called and spoke with Eric. He said he would look into it and get back to me within an hour. Two hours later I still had not heard from Eric. I called him again. He said he handed it off to Paul and he was supposed to get back to me. At that point I told Eric that I felt like I was getting jagged around. He got all mad at me for using that kind of language. ( I still don't know what was wrong with it ) He told me to bring in my copy of the warranty. I did that and was told they would handle it. On Friday i took my car in for the covered repairs. I was given a rental car an told if there was any damage to the car, the fuel was not full or the interior was dirty the would charge my card to take care of it. When I picked my car up I found it had been damaged buy the service department. Now I have to try dealing with that. If I were to have damaged there car, they would just charge my card, they damaged my car and they have to think about weather or not they are going to repair it. The long and short of it Eric doesn't follow through on what he says, in my opinion he lied to me, and the service department damaged my car. Jerod only cares about his day off. More
Mike was a truly wonderful salesman! He showed understanding, compassion, and is very down to earth and knows what customer service is all about! He has a great sense of humor as well! Very bad service on car Had my alternator replaced (990-dollars) here March 11th and when I went to pick up the car it had not been washed. But that's not the worst of it. A Had my alternator replaced (990-dollars) here March 11th and when I went to pick up the car it had not been washed. But that's not the worst of it. A window had clearly been left down on the front drivers side and there was easily a full cup of water in my Weathertech floor mats. Thankfully I have those mats or all that water would have been soaked into the carpets. I can only assume my leather seats on the drivers side were also soaked but they had dried by the time I picked up the car. Making this even worse is the fact that the window was UP when I picked up the car, indicating someone had to drive the car knowing full well there was water inside and didn't bother to dump it out or clean it up. But that's still not the worst of it. Arriving home I opened the hood and found that the plastic retainers holding the cowling around the radiator in place were simply put in place, but not secured...they were just stuck in the holes but not snapped into place. Also the plastic shield under the engine was not properly secured and was actually hanging down! I wrote a very calm letter to the dealer explaining the problems, including the fact that if a multi-point inspection was done, there was no paperwork to show what was found included in my invoice. I did not ask for anything, but said I simply wanted the shop manager to be aware of the problem. As of this date, April 22nd, I have not heard a word back. My note was sent through the "contact us" link on their Web site. I have learned an important lesson: do not ever have my car service by Russ Darrow again. --Ken Herrera, Thiensville More

The service department took care of my car with no issues. I brought my Nissan in for a 60k mile service. I also used the courtesy shuttle which brought me to work and back to the dealer to pick up my issues. I brought my Nissan in for a 60k mile service. This has been the 2nd time where they have not washed my car after service. The service order has a line item to wash the vehicle, but for some reason it has not been done the past 2 appointments. And once car after service. The service order has a line item to wash the vehicle, but for some reason it has not been done the past 2 appointments. And once I realize it, it’s too much of a hassle to go back to have it washed. Also, I had to have a minor service re-done for something completed ~6 months ago. I would hope they would have a 12 month warranty on their work. More
Inadequate except for taking your money. A good service dealership would look at your vehicle for possible problem instead of charging $150 to put it on lift. Other Nissan dealers have.
