Given the run around Had to replace starter and was told my warranty ran out o had to call several different numbers to prove coverage. I arrived to pick up my vehicle and Had to replace starter and was told my warranty ran out o had to call several different numbers to prove coverage. I arrived to pick up my vehicle and the coverage was not shown on the receipt luckily I made it to the dealership right as service was closing otherwise I would have had to go another night without my car which it had already spent two nights in the dealership just to diagnose a problem we told the dealership the car had. Also I was told I needed brakes which I didn’t go in for brakes so under the car should not have been looked at when the problem was under the hood. I felt the guy working with us was just trying to get money out our pocket. It was a total run around and I wasn’t even called when the car was complete. I didn’t enjoy the service at all when I am sure Russ Darrow has great service. It makes me leery about purchasing a car from Russ as the current car I have now was purchased from Car Maxx and they were able to pull up my warranty without any assistance from me. More

Very good experience My daughter's 2014 Sentra broke down on the highway on a Sunday. We had it towed to our mechanic. On Monday he called Russ Darrow for warranty informa My daughter's 2014 Sentra broke down on the highway on a Sunday. We had it towed to our mechanic. On Monday he called Russ Darrow for warranty information. Tuesday we brought it the Russ Darrow and by Thursday it had a new transmission and didnt cost her a penny. All covered under warranty. Russ Darrow was honest, polite and did a great job and we didn't buy it from them, but next time I will be paying them a visit for future car needs. More
