Great customer service from Charles I came in for an oil change and Charles was there to greet me. He was very friendly and personable; without being overly "cheesy friendly"; he was ge I came in for an oil change and Charles was there to greet me. He was very friendly and personable; without being overly "cheesy friendly"; he was genuine. He looked up my vehicle status and stated the items it showed should probably be looked at, but he wasn't pushy trying to talk me into having anything repaired or maintained I didn't want to at the time. The one thing that makes me turn away from, or get a bad taste in my mouth from any retailer is pushy sales people. I only had to wait about 20 minutes and he came to get me in the waiting room. Overall a positive experience. Thank you Charles! More
Unprofessional Sales Manager & Sales Rep Robert Garcia and David Earl will lie to your face quicker than a cat can lick the crack of his butt. I took my truck in for a noise I heard when acce Robert Garcia and David Earl will lie to your face quicker than a cat can lick the crack of his butt. I took my truck in for a noise I heard when accelerating on Feb 7th & Feb 12th. After the appointment on Feb 12th I still heard noise so I responded to their feedback email about my experience. Couple hours later I received a call from the GM Robert Garcia asking me to come back up to dealership to take him for a ride to see if he could get issue resolved. We went for a ride Robert heard noise I was talking about and next thing I know Robert talking about buying new tuck with same payment. David comes in show me a new 2018 Nissan Rouge. David made two separate appointments with me( Feb 13& Feb 15)to come in and see contract with Robert & himself. On both appointment David was a NO SHOW. Robert was in the building and never acknowledge me. The contract was showed to me by a person who pulls cars for sales person from parking lot. Robert never came over to speak or anything. To this day I still have noise with my truck 2015 Nissan Rouge. Robert nor David has called to say I’m sorry for miscommunication or nothing. I feel I was rudely treated my the General Manager of Sales Robert Garcia & Sales Rep David Earl. I advise people not to trust Robert Garcia or David Earl. They just want a sale. Take your business elsewhere. More

Lack of communication All staff need to communicate more efficiently with all customers to insure that they are not forgotten about. All service advisers need to be updated All staff need to communicate more efficiently with all customers to insure that they are not forgotten about. All service advisers need to be updated on customers work order just in case the adviser that originally helped the customer is unavailable. The telephone run around from the receptionist to the adviser that has no clue about your vehicle is beyond ridiculous no body wants to take time out to help. Charles was and is the only adviser I've seen running around the most not just sitting in the garage doing nothing. More
